Student Housing

Please call (404) 581-0300 to check on room availability before completing the resident application.

Gammon Theological Seminary is located on the campus of the Interdenominational Theological Center and is committed to providing quality room and board for our new and current residents. We offer housing for our students, and students enrolled at one of the Atlanta University Center Schools. Gammon is located just minutes from beautiful downtown Atlanta. Our building is well maintained and secure for all students to feel safe while getting their education.

Gammon has 26 rooms (small, medium, large, and suites) with their own private bathrooms. Residents are welcome to bring a microwave, air fryer, and small refrigerator. All rooms are furnished with either a twin or full-size bed with a closet, desk, chair, some with bookshelves, and a laundry facility located on the ground floor. Residents must provide their own bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and bath towels.

There is a $50 application processing fee and a $300 refundable security deposit. Residents are allowed to move out of their room before their contract ends, however, they will forfeit their security deposit. Residents who move out at the end of their contract will receive their security deposit of ($300) if the dorm room is in the same condition as when they first moved in.

Gammon is a no tobacco, alcohol, marijuana, and illicit drug-free school. All new and returning residents will sign a housing contract for the academic term. All rooms are in the Gammon building.

Monthly rates are for summer stays. The semester rent must be paid before moving in.
