I understand that a $50.00 application and processing fee will be retained and upon approval, a security deposit of $300.00 will be refundable upon moving out of the facility after the dorm room has been inspected and found in good condition. If the contract is broken before the contract's end your deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that rent is to be paid before each semester begins. Failure to pay the rent will result in the termination of this housing agreement/contract.
