Shepherd’s Fund
As part of the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), Gammon is pleased to be a contributing partner of the Shepherd’s Fund: a financial assistance program that supports retired pastors and their spouses through medical challenges.
Founded with the mission of bringing pastors of any denomination the health-related financial relief they need, the Shepherd’s Fund can provide a grant of up to $10,000 per qualified applicant. An ITC alumni applicant may receive an additional grant for their spouse.
Retired pastors are prone to financial hardship in the face of unexpected medical or life crises. To echo ITC President Rev. Matthew Wesley Williams, we believe these church elders deserve loving care and support after dedicating their lives to serving their faith communities.
Gammon gratefully extends this opportunity of stewardship and generosity toward helping retired clergy through difficult times. To learn more about the ITC’s Shepherd’s Fund or to apply for assistance, visit https://gammon-itc.org/the-shepherds-fund/.
